Основные изменения по сравнению с 8.1:
- KDE SC: Frameworks 5.36.0, Plasma 5.10.4, Applications 17.04.3.
- Ядро Linux 4.9.38
- Драверы NVIDIA 375.66, 340.102, 304.135
- Mesa 17.1.3
- Qt 5.7.1
- Cреда запуска win32-приложений WINE 2.13
- Исправлено сохранение сессии в LiveCD.
- Исправлен запуск установки на различных видеокартах.
- Больше программ портировано на KF5.
- Произведена адаптация к экранам высокого разрешения.
- Множество различных исправлений.
