Кто виноват у нас всегда известно.
А вот анализ "что делать" должен учитывать не только то, что видит
пользователь, а собтвенно репозиторий разработки в git. И вот он как
раз и не позволяет просто рассчитаться с 5.0. То есть проблема эта не
столько организационная, сколько техническая. Потому ее можно
обсуждать с надеждой на полное понимание лишь в devel@.
