Здравствуйте!
В man nl_langinfo читаю:
CODESET (LC_CTYPE)
Return a string with the name of the character encoding used in
the selected locale, such as "UTF8", "ISO88591", or
"ANSI_X3.41968" (better known as USASCII). This is the same
string that you get with "locale charmap". For a list of char
acter encoding names, try "locale -m", cf. locale(1).
Пробую:
[c0der@rock ~]$ locale -m
locale: невозможно прочитать каталог отображений знаков
`/usr/share/i18n/charmaps': Нет такого файла или каталога
Похоже на ошибку. Вешать?
