Оно может и так. Но большая часть мэйнтейнеров в АЛЬТе делают своё
дело абсолютно бесплатно, добровольно и в свободное от работы время.
Так что управленческие замашки и негативная информация может
подействовать на мэйнтейнера отнюдь не так, как вам того хочется. В
Open Source многое работает/устроено совершенно по-другому.
