Это проблема тулкита виджетов FOX-Toolkit. Там основной разработчик
больной на всю свою голландскую (или датскую) голову по части i18n. Я
временно прекратил поддержку перевода и, _вообще-то_, _настоятельно
рекомендовал_ Юрию Седунову пересобрать ReZound без русского перевода.
