я могу закинуть багу в OpenVZ bugzilla. Пожалуйста, сообщите тогда
дополнительную информацию (можно скинуть личкой): dmesg рабочей системы
(например, с std-smp-alt3), lspci -vvv, oops на ovz-smp-alt8 (лучше с
разными комбинациями типа pci=nomsi или irqpoll).
