Добрый день!
Перестал запускаться haldaemon, что приводит к остановке загрузки системы:
"service haldaemon start" просто висит. Пришлось его вообще отключить.
# rpm -qa|grep hal|sort
hal-0.5.14-alt8.1
hal-info-20091130-alt1
libhal-0.5.14-alt8.1
libhalf6-1.0.1-alt6
libkephal4-4.8.4-alt3

Спасибо, помогло ;-). А зачем вообще нужно было обновлять пакет (и держать его
в репозитарии) если он больше не используется?

Ещё используется libhal, потому пока остаётся.
