Ну как много раз уже упоминалось оно не принято.
А во вторых если следовать полиси, то для 1.3 не надо было собирать
devel пакет. Вот я и хочу понять почему так.
Или ldv@ не дал прав пересобрать, или не до этого или есть какие-то
другие причины.
