наблюдаю похожую ситацию в vps в которых несколько ip. правда сервера
под debian и ядро 2.6.32-5-openvz-amd64. Раз в неделю-две пропадает сеть
до контейнеров, лечиться ipdel и после ipadd на контейнер или его рестарт.
Мне также было бы интерсно услышать предположения по данному поводу.
