Не нравится мне downloader. Теряется суть rpm -qVa
Лучше сделать зависимости на пакет предоставляющий структуру директорий
и туда складывать мибы.
Давайте решим что это будет за пакет. Готов сделать это на базе
net-snmp-mibs
