Нет, не хорошо. Дефолтные настройки просто отвратительны.
Сразу переделываю так:

И вот ещё: 40-generic.conf 60-alt-post-user.conf
И нафигаж там первыми строчками идут шрифты микрософта?
Они у нас по умолчанию с системой ставятся? Вроде нет.
В свежеустановленной системе если запустить, например, firefox, то можно
со стула грохнуться от корявости шрифтов.
А вот если в этих конфигах поднять на первое место
соответствующий Droid Sans или Liberation, то смотреться будет гораздо
лучше, и не надо будет рыться в настройках того же firefox'а...
