может дело в dnsmasq? на 4.1 эта бяка ставится по умолчанию. ну по
крайней мере resolv.conf просто так изменить нельзя, hosts не пробовал
изменять правда. но при удалении dnsmasq удаляется и NetworkManager. в
моем случае к счастью.
