способами, например, ввести
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/i586/RPMS.classic/libxvid-1.2.1-alt1.i586.rpm
в строке адреса в браузере.
потом проверить командой rpm -K ... и если выдаст md5 gpg OK, то
установить можно
rpm -e libxvid -nodeps
rpm -i libxvid-1.2.1-alt1.i586.rpm
