Года два назад я пытался сделать для себя. спеки где-то сохранились.
Могу выслать, но они очень старые.

Ничего. Оно уже нормально собралось (спасибо at@ за это)
Сейчас зависимости причесываю, потом сделаю рабочую конфигурацию.
Веб-морда там жуткая. Вот бы иметь интеграцию с какой-нибудь CMS, Plone
или Joomla.

Весь обплевался пока причесывал пакет. Makefile сделаны крайне небрежно.
Куча файлов потеряны в конфигурации, огромное количество переменных
которые не инициализированы. Просто кошмар какой-то. И это я еще не
заглядывал в код. Теперь и заглядывать не хочется. К тому же код не
обновляется уже год.
Сейчас смотрю на альтернативы. http://www.openxpki.org
