поиск по ruby||gems почти не дал результатов, а в том что нашлось особо
воинственных моментов не обнаружил.
Не хочу показаться навязчивым, но опишите проблему в 2х словах. Почему
gems не подходит для дистрибов?

И еще, хотелось бы знать, кому пришла в голову идея паковать джемы? Это
ж уже результат работы команды gem... Это равносильно упаковывать кэш от
файрфокса... :)))
А проблема с утсановкой rmagick решилась в 15мин, СПАСИБО Slava
Dubrovsky, который подсказал где лежит GraphicsMagick-config.
Для тех кому еще понадобится - там необходимо доустановить bzlib-devel
и liblcms-devel
Об этом красноречиво говорит gem install (в каком логе смотреть) так что
дополнительная внимательность не помешает :)
Кстати, Слава: apt-cache search GraphicsMagick-config ничего не находит.
