К сожалению, разница между "должна быть" и "есть" весьма велика. Более
того, если бухгалтеры используют только бухгалтерский софт, то им
повезло. Однако, Dia, Gimp или сайт в FireFox, боюсь, никакой такой
проверки делать не будут. А уж админам/программистам вообще не везет,
ибо консольные утилиты, среды разработки и компиляторы, которые бы сами
могли обработать случай с точкой и запятой мне еще не попадались.
