[sisyphus] branch 4.0 : Some index files failed to download

Здравствуйте!

Вытянул бранч c помощью sisyphus-mirror, запущенного с таким конфигом:

RSHOME=~/.sisyphus-mirror
MAXATTEMPTS=5
TMOUT1=500
TMOUT2=15
SRCROOT=rsync://rsync.altlinux.org/ALTLinux
DESTROOT=/data/distrib/linux/
LIST="4.0/branch"
EXCLUDE_FILE=/etc/sisyphus-mirror/exclude
PARTIAL=~/.sisyphus-mirror
SPEED=512
ARGS="-rltuv --delete --delete-after --stats"
INTERACTIVE=0
MAINTAINER=root@localhost

В /etc/sisyphus-mirror/exclude было только SRPMS*

Пытаюсь обновиться:

# apt-get update

Что бы это могло значить?

С какой скоростью тянули?  Возможно, за это время часть файлов
изменилась, попробуйте повторить закачку.

повтор не помог, помогло удаление всех каталогов base и после это 
повторная синхронизация
