И правда. Хозяин пакета пишет спек в сизиф, в сизифе оно и собирается.
Отследить с какой минимальной версией оно соберется проблематично, так
как не откатываться ему на старые версии для этого, а в чейнчлогах
авторы не всегда указывают такие вещи.
Сборка пакета из сизифа для 3.0 - это уже как-бы типа backports...
