В общем разобрался.
В конфиге надо
Listen *:631
Потом надо добавить разрешение(пример)
Allow 192.168.1.*
И самое главное: в настройках принтера в KDE прибить всех допущенных
пользователей, т.е. принтер станет доступен всем. Либо, возиться с авторизацией...
