Врядли установщик заново разметил ФС.
Скорее всего на этом разделе ФС, не поддерживаемая установщиком.
У меня такое было, когда я попытался подмонтировать раздел с xfs.
Версия инстоллера, правда, была постарее.
Загляните в журнал.
Там, наверное, есть ругательство на невозможность монтирования ФС
