Здравствуйте.
Столкнулся с такой проблемой:
alex:www ~$ sudo service havp start
Starting havp service: Starting HAVP Version: 0.85
Testfile fcntl() failed: Resource temporarily unavailable
Testfile fcntl() failed: Resource temporarily unavailable
Testfile fcntl() failed: Resource temporarily unavailable
Testfile fcntl() failed: Resource temporarily unavailable
Too many tries - Exiting..
Настройки havp - дефолтные
fstab:
tmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults 0 0

Проблема решилась сама собой.
Просто перезагрузился
Видимо остались какие-то "хвосты" от обновлений
