Сертификат CA altlinux лежит в пакете ca-certificates (см. недавно
обсуждавшуюся TLS/SSL policy). В Opera каким-то образом можно добавить
дополнительные сертификаты CA? Если можно - добавьте, заодно
зафиксируйте это где-нибудь, может быть, кому-то будет полезно. Если нет
и они зашиты где-то внутри бинарника - тогда, увы, нет.
