допустим, модем подключается в сетевуху...
допустим у него ip 192.168.1.1...
соответственно ip адрес вашей сетевой платы должен быть другой... в тех
зухелях, что я видел для
администрирования модема допускались не все ip... примерно 192.168.1.33~150
попробуйте назначить для eth0 адрес 192.168.1.33.... ну или читайте доки
на модем :)
