Вот и отлично! Устанавливаешь 2 виртуальных сервера. На одном php4 на
другом php5. Если IP разные то все. Если на одном, то на каком-то
настраиваешь mod_proxy.
Виртуальные сервера могут быть сделаны с помощью vserver или openvz.
