Hi,
Ругани на альтернативы при обновлениях стало меньше, но:
1: kdebase-common

А вы не поленитесь на него посмотреть. И увидите, что это -- симлинк 
(который почему-то есть), а вот указывает он на файл, которого нет...

Зато есть симлинк в /etc/alternatives/auto
