Какая FS на разделе с базами? Какое ядро?
В чем-то похожий "подземный стук" у меня происходит с LDAP. Из
баз (master + many slaves) изредка пропадают объекты. Ни перезагрузок,
ни сбоев по питанию не наблюдается. По логам - операций DELETE не
производилось. Но вот был объект - хлоп, и исчез ... =\
И исчезнуть может или в в master'е, или в одном из slave'ов, или
везде одновременно.
