Жгут на шею для остановки носового кровотечения? :-\
Я использую обе, "набортную" - для вывода звука на TV. Помимо отсутствия
необходимости дёргаться со шнурами, ещё и приятно слушать любимую
музыку, когда жена в это время смотрит любимый фильм.
