Попытался для себя отбэкпортить thunderbird 1.6 из сизифа...
В результате получилось что-то тсранное (и страшное ;-)
Под рутом работает нармально, авот под простым пользователем не
взлетает.. В консоли при этом пишет:
[stalker@chaos_lnx stalker]$ thunderbird
