Хидеры - headers - это файлы с расширением .h, в которых определен
интерфейс каких-либо сторонних программ и библиотек.
Нужны они для использования сторонних библиотек в программах, собираемых
из исходников на C.
Конкретно kernel-headers нужны например для сборки модулей ядра.
