FireFox:
# rpm -qa | grep firefox
firefox-1.0.5-alt2.cvs
Задача: заставить работать Java-Plug-in под FireFox-ом.
Когда то я уже с этим бился - проблема была в том, что
j2se1.4-sun-plugin-mozilla ставит plug-in именно под мозилла
(/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins) а FireFox их там не видит. В свое время все
решилось прсто прописыванием аналогичного линка на plug-in в
/usr/lib/firefox/plugins - и все вроде заработало.
Теперь же:
1. j2se1.4-sun-plugin-mozilla почему-то себя даже в
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins не прописал, потому java не работала ни в
mozilla, ни в firefox-е.
2. прописывание линка на плигин в /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins и
/usr/lib/firefox/plugins - все равно не помогло - оба упорно пишут что у
меня нет Java-Plug-in-а.
Вопрос:
1. Я что-то не так делаю? может есть более прямой способ установки
Java-PLugin-ов?
2. Это только у меня не работает, или в принципе? Тогда может надо багу
повесить?
3. МОжет это как-то фиксится?
