Извиняюсь, наверное на install2-x11-qt.

Соврал, смотрит. Только установленный там режим ему пофиг.

С видео i810 такая же проблема, там предлают только VESA, а иксы
стартуют в том же максимальном разрешении монитора.
Так что положу-ка я это в bugzilla.
