С его помощью приятно версии файлов синхронизировать на тачках с разной
скоростью подключения.Очень хорошо трафик экономит.Думаю заменить им у
себя задачку синхронизации приложений на клиентских тачках. Сейчас это
делает связка rsync-ftp.
Но OpenAFS -ни в коем случае не HA-Cluster в классическом понимании.
