Идея как раз была в том, чтобы унчтожать такие процессы без
перезагрузки. Кстати, /sbin/reboot не панацея, т.к. если зависший
процесс держит ещё и смонтированную ФС (например, cp с /dev/cdrom с
битым CD на /dev/hd*), то при перезагрузке размонтировать эту ФС будет
невозможно, и получим либо мёртвый вис и Reset, либо перезагрузку без
размонтирования ФС и в обоих случаях -- кучу мата от fsck (а возможно
ещё и от пользователя, если что-нибудь таки накроется) при следующем
старте системы...
