что-то я порылся на ftp.altlinux.ru и не нашёл src.rpm версии 2.9.6, когда
kernel-source-slmodem имеет версию 2.9.10. ещё не сделали? есть ли отличия
src.rpm для std26 и wks26? может просто достаточно версии сменить?

Попробуйте просто сменить версию. У меня для, вроде, wks26 пересобралось.
