Куда пропишете, там и будет находиться. Буквально позавчера ставил себе
новенький DVD-RW, hotplug его определил, написал строчку, подобную
приведённой, после чего я от греха подальше убрал из неё
comment=managed, переименовал точку монтирования в /media/dvdrw и создал
в /media этот каталог.
В вашем случае можно скопировать приведённую вами строчку, а в копии
заменить cdwriter1 на cdwriter0 и назначить точку монтирования по вкусу
(в /media, конечно). Хотя по идее всё это должен был сделать hotplug.
