ID3v2 под 'Unicode' подразумевает, к сожалению, отнюдь не UTF-8. И
изобретать свой собственный "стандарт", пихая в latin1-encoded strings
на самом деле даже не 8-битную кодировку, а UTF-8, когда можно юникод в
принципе положить в соответствии с de jure стандартом - мне кажется,
совсем неверно, мягко говоря.
