OK, сегодня залью (вру: залью когда проблема с версией решиться).

Сложилось впечатление, что кириллица в sieve скриптах вообще
поддерживается крайне косо (в том числе - и в комментариях).

Возможно. Но, сложилось впечатление, что применённый мной вариант
удобнее (в данном случае), а при смене версии мешать тоже не
будет. (В Sisyphus пакеты, названные подобным образом, встречаются)
Если я всётаки неправ - прошу объяснить причины: поправлю (пока
пакет до Sisyphus не добрался).
