После долгих поисков чего-либо приемлемого в качестве монитора батарей
для моей грелки под называнием
Dell Latitude C840, нашел вот это: http://wmpower.sourceforge.net/
В отличие от имеющегося в сизифе wmacpi, этот еще отображает скорость
кулеров и температуру процессора (через i8k.ko).
Исправил следующие ошибки:
- чрезмерное потребление ресурсов cpu при чтении информации из
/proc/.../BAT.../info (в моем dell как раз это наблюдается) - теперь
считывание из info происходит при запуске монитора или при смене
батареи, но не все время. В результате доработки исчезли рывки всего и
вся вплоть до курсора мыши... :-)
- неправильно работал, если батарея вставлена во второй слот, а первый -
пустой ("зашкаливал") ;-)
- символ "С" (charging) - теперь гаснет после полного заряда батареи, а
не горит стоп - сигналом все время, пока грелка питается от адаптера.
Все это дело завернуто мною в src.rpm (исходник, спек (с созданием меню
для wm), 2 патча). Проверено на моем Dell, (acpi), на других не пробовал.
Может, кто-нить представит это дело в Сизифе? У меня нет возможности
становиться майнтайнером (модемом сильно не "накачаешься") :-D Кто
желает - кину src.rpm. Авось кому еще пригодится.. ;-)
