Во первых, для apt-cache качать пакет не надо. Надо скачать базы,
которые весят около 2х мегабайт в пакованном виде... Во вторых, можно
получить информацию о файле rpm'ом прямо с ftp... Ну и в завершение,
можно пойти по ссылке
