[sisyphus] PHP и PHPRC

Доброго времени суток.
Уже не знаю что делать не хочет PHP(cli или cgi) искать php.ini в PHPRC.
Хотя сама переменная прописывается.

Хоть ты тресни, не меняет путь к файлу настроек и все.
Да, можно использовать php -c /home/deep но мне надо это для cgi в 
Apache. Что бы делать SetEnv PHPRC /home/deep.
Есть идеи ?
