У ней своих глюков полно,
а их платная поддержка так себе.
Даже по-английски пишут с ошибками.
ALT из коробки лучше настроен:
более быстрая работа synaptic и alterator, чем rpmdrake,
заранее вбитый список репозиториев,
поддержка wma audacious-ом,
русскоязычный Psi,
поиск по K-меню...
ну и много чего ещё по мелочи.
2008-ая Mandriva к тому же ещё и тормозная стала.
Обидно, что есть куча дистров ("широкий выбор" называется),
и в каждом свой комплект косяков.
А между тем это доверия к GNU/Linux не прибавляет.
