Для сборки gnat _нужны_ бинарники bootstrap компилятора. После
чего просто пересобирается gcc с --enable-languages="...,ada"
Подробности у vsl AT altlinux, он кстати очень переживал по
поводу отсутствия gnat и кажется убедил мантейнера gcc собрать
его.
Впрочем, это тема для sisyphus.

Судя по редми внутри аорхива не надо, сборка ведётся gcc
features glide-3.15p-src.tgz
gnat-3.15p-src.tgz gvd-1.2.6-src.tgz
florist-3.15p-src.tgz gnat-3.15p-i686-pc-redhat71-gnu-bin.tar.gz
gnat-3.15p-unx-docs.tar.gz
Скачать-то я скачал, до вот боюсь неправильно собрать, почему
спек и нужен.

Надо. "You need a working ada compiler" или что-то вроде того.

Скорее всего вместе с новой версией gcc, но когда - сие мне
неведомо...
