Да, я уже "отписался" от этой проблемы через рассылку.
Проблема возникла из за того, что при переезде на новые разделы
были потеряны stells биты доступа к каталогам /tmp и /var/tmp.
Разделы переносил "правильно", а потеря битов была вызвана
путаницей в версиях xfs. Сейчас я эксперименты прекратил,
сервер работает с ext3.
