доброго дня!
пришлось мне после некоторых событий переставиться :(
обнаружилось, что не могут собраться модули vmware вот таким образом:

$ sudo -H vmware-config.pl

Я что-нибудь не доставил в систему? rebuild ,например WineX, проходит
успешно. пробовал и gcc3.2 и gcc2.96 - ругань разная, результат тот же.

Попробуйте использовать kgcc.

Не подскажете, в каком пакете?
В выводе apt-cache search gcc - kgcc я не обнаружил.

Это случайно не colorgcc или что-то подобное? Попробуйте его прибить.
