я уже не помню, чего там написано :) Вкраце - ставите rpm с vmware,
полученную из .spec'а или nosrc.rpm wrar'а на
ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/people/wrar/vmware/, потом доставляете
kernel-modules-vmware с моего сайта. Там есть один ньюанс - они собраны
под vmware ws 5.0.x (меня просили об этом), но в приципе должны идти и под
5.5.x, различие идет только для GSX/Vmware Server. Потом запускаете
vmware-config.pl и настаивате по-вкусу.
