Замечено, что при использовании NetworkManager, интерфейсы, имеющие
неправильный статус, например, vboxnet0 со статусом типа "получение IP-адреса"
или другим указывающим на неоконченность настройки, создают проблемы всем
сетевым операциям KDE 4.

Это bridge, что ли? Я же предупреждал в этой рассылке, что NM теперь
пытается ими управлять. Можно выключить управление интерфейсом в
конфиге, см. unmanaged-devices в NetworkManager.conf(5).
