Добрый вечер.
Недавно установил Tora (Oracle Toolkit) из Сизифа и обнаружил, что
после установки она выдает сообщение "No available connection
provider,.. plugins ..."
На машине установлен oracle10g, даже сконфигурирован tnsnames.ora.
Кто-нибудь может подсказать, каких пакетов не хватает или как вообще
решить эту проблему?

просто пересоберите SRPM от tora, включив в tora.spec (там, где
./configure) поддержку Oracle.

О, проще поставить готовый rpm+oracle_rpm, например, для RH ))
