Приветствую.
В Сизиф уехал пакет OTRS 6.0.29-alt1.
Несмотря на то, что предыдущая версия была тоже 6 (6.0.23), инструкции
по обновлению, приведённые на сайте по ссылке из UPDATING.md надо
выполнить, особенно в части запуска DBUpdate-to-6.pl. У меня без этого
система не давала залогиниться. Кроме того, есть вот такой баг, стоит
почитать: https://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14540
Запуск DBUpdate от этого для FireFox 68.4.1 помог, для PaleMoon 27.8.0
нет. Может и правда старый уже.
