Вот такое сообщение приходит от anacron. 

/var/log/uucp и правда имеет хозиина uucp:adm, а не root. Если я 
сделаю хозяином каталога root, то проблем с logrotate не будет, 
но не уверен, что тогда что-то появится в /var/log/uucp/ (пакет 
syslog-common). 

Как грамотно это надо настроить?
