А откуда вообще взялся getty@keytable.service? Вы его точно не сами
создали с помощью systemctl enable?

Либо возвращайтесь на sysv init, либо не жалуйтесь и помогите багрепортами
и патчами. Я сначала матерился, а потом мне надоело -- и я один раз вкурил
в то как это добро устроено, да настроил себе систему так, чтобы работала.
